I just hope on the back of it, AP has negotiated so that FC benefit financially too?
Of course they will, Adam said in the HuLl daily mail months ago that he's paid to have it open this season and paid out a lot of cash too, otherwise the SMC would have closed it this year. We seem to be running scared from them! We are lucky its not the South Stand as well and the Club did well to resist that. According to James Smailes he is now having to shell out large amounts to keep that Stand open too!! Come next year at this time that will probably be closing as well. It's just saving money again, who can blame Adam, he sees as we all do what's coming with season ticket renewals next season. As Jake said people are just looking for a reason not to come these days. We'll no doubt be told by those from the Club on here that the money saved will be spent elsewhere but no one will be able to tell us where, because it will just be another saving against diminishing income. We can't keep laying cash out without it coming in. It's an economic reality really and all a question as Mrs B said the other day of Cutting Your Cloth!

Might work out well in the long run if we get back to the crowd levels we had a few years ago the north stand could be opened again but this time for home fans instead and leave the away fans in the north east corner thus having our fans on all four sides of the ground which would increase the atmosphere.
