I'm grasping at last straws.
Really surprised you are concerned about replacing a winger, let's be honest he is a good SL but that's it, he is a good finisher and strong, but he hadn't the pace to break away and score a try like many wingers do and still has defensive lapses.
I quite happy to give Naughton or Lancaster a chance, both have more potential than Lineham.

Gamble signing, not done it for the Dogs, but if he could get his Manly form back he would tear up SL. Won't be cheap though, although we could get a Pritchard type deal with them paying some of his salary.

I'm not concerned about wingers I'm concerned about tries. We aren't going to get 20 tries from any of our existing players and that's going to cost us points.

Both the young wingers are capable of getting 20, both have excellent try scoring records so far. Plus Shaul and out two new overseas players look on paper on scoring a few try's.
Our backs certainly look at improvement on the likes of Sa, Yeaman and Michaels.
Surely this SL back rower in the middle 8's is washbrook? We can't be signing pritchard, washbrook and another back rower to add to mini, westerman, yeaman, turgut and whiting? We're short up front. Sign an out and out prop and let ellis continue in the back row (assuming he gets fit). Suicide to go into 2016 with only 1 recognised hooker in the squad. If houghton gets injured we could end up in the bottom 4 just on the back of that. washbrook isn't, and never will be, an adequate hooker at this level.
We have no decent centres and are losing our best winger so we sign a stand off to play in the centre and a winger who looks like he may also play centre. Add in yeaman who is past it and michaels who really isn't the quality we need and we are as bad, if not worse, than this season in the 3/4's.
Other than taylor and pritchard I'm really struggling to see how the other recruitment is really addressing the needs in the current squad

Carlos is a big gamble if he to play centre, hopefully pay off like Gelling has for Wigan.
Fonua has played more at centre in the last two years for one if the best teams in the than Inu has and everyone thought he was the answer to centre problems.
We have only been linked with one top chads centre and that was Hodges, he would be great for a year, but a big risk at his age and only a short term signing.
Fonua is about as good a outside back we or any other SL will sign for next year.

Fair enough so that's one of the centre spots sorted. What about the other one and a winger? Maybe we can play a couple of our spare back rowers there?
