There are literally no benefits of playing in the middle eights.
If you want to improve you need to be playing against good sides. You play a good team every week in the super 8s. If Radford and the coaches are smart about it (another argument entirely) we will learn a lot. Sticking 50 past Sheffield or Fax doesn't help anyone. Not to mention the risk of relegation and the lower income.

Dont think they expected the 8th place team to be so poop to be fair

I just can't help but feel though, that we have the personal to be better?
That by default lays the blame at LR feet, which I'm also reluctant to do!
I said earlier in the season that another coach to help with attacking plays might help.
We have looked really poor tonight, but I'm convinced they could be so much better? Or is it just wishful thinking and really the squad just isn't good enough to challenge?
If it makes you happy it can't be that bad - Sheryl Crow 1996.

But, glaringly obvious that we are a million miles away from the top 4 in terms of attacking nowse.
All the commentators have pointed it out.
If next season isn't to end in the same bang average way as this one then something needs to change.
The last 2-3 years have been Groundhog Day despite whoever plays..... The most consistent element is Mr Radford. His coaching record speaks for itself.

Given our injuries and our ability to self-destruct I'm much happier to be 100% safe TBH.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One
