Appreciate what you're saying and I agree to an extent. You'll always get the eternal malcontents who'll want to move on because no-one will ever be good enough.
All I'm saying is I'd like to see the same standard of professionalism applied to the club as is in top level industry.
Do the club conduct exit interviews, to see what the real underlying reason is for players leaving. Sure it's easy to say Briscoe wanted to be closer to home etc etc. The thing is if you can identify a common thread (for instance a belief the club will invest enough to be successful) that is causing players to leave you can address it.
If we just adopt the stance that "nothing could be done because they were intent on leaving" without even trying to identify the underlying cause we'll be forever losing our best players.
