Hi Guys, I hope someone can help.

I won some tickets for hospitality tomorrow but the tickets haven't arrived so I have no idea what time to get there or what the dress code is.

I phoned up today after waiting for the postie but there was only the shop open.

Problem is they said to call back tomorrow at 11 but we are coming from a fair way away so need to set off before then.... I presume we can just get replacement tickets when we arrive but I haven't got a parking pass or anything.

What's the dress code for these places and what time do they usually expect you to arrive? Any help would be great.

Dress code is usually smart/casual mate. Don't think they like you wearing replica shirts or sports gear etc if you are with the prawn sarnie brigade.

You'll probably have to collect tickets from the West stand reception desk so maybe best to take some I.D.

Poor organisation from Hull if they haven't been in touch but somehow I'm not surprised ATM.

Black and white irregular hooped shirt, white shorts and black and white iregular socks. Boots optional but this depends if Lee wants you on the field.

Hospitality opens at 12:30pm tomorrow. The dress code is fairly relaxed. No replica shirts but, other than that, it's pretty much wear what you want.

They'll have passes on reception for you. Just explain to the guys on the car park and they'll sort you out.
