No way on earth has sneyd tried to do anything but slow the man down, you can clearly see McGuire trying to wriggle free, & the pressure of him twisting & turning to get free has caused it.

Both really but nothing intentionally from sneyd, he had to hold on to slow it down any player in his position has & will do so, but McGuire trying to wriggle about didn't help.
