It's hard to tell if there's intent there to twist the leg (it's not like that Rochdale lad from last week) but it's reckless enough that it's dangerous, as shown by the result. Should be 2-3 games imo.

Fair post and I agree, don't think it deliberate, think he was just trying to slow him down and was reckless.
I've just watched it over and over again and put it in slow mo on my comp and if you look it appears to be the first impact not the roll that causes the damage. sneyd falls on it in the tackle and the angle is hyperextended

As much as I don't like the type of player McGuire is he didn't deserve that. That was absolutely shocking play from Sneyd and for me he deserves a ban . Was it last season the Catalan player did that to Azza and coped a ban. There is no place for that in our game. Another poor game from Sneyd for me.
