Benji isnt doing bad on his return. Got the Dragons sitting two points off the top of the NRL.
Inu's been in France a while now, he's living the lifestlyle. If he loved it that much he'd have signed for longer at Catalan. Only reason for not signing a longer deal is if he has something else lined up next year.

Visas are more relaxed to what they were n if I remember it wasn't a criminal conviction as such. Was on a good behavior order. There'll be 2 back signings either way whoever they are

He's not being there a year yet but the lure of some of his mates/kiwis in France could be a big influence too as well as not having to move again so quickly. He apparently loves it there too from a quick sneak at his twitter page.
There's also a hint he might get into the Samoan Rugby union world cup squad but signing for Cats might call that into doubt.
