And conversely, on the way you post on here nobody would want to work for you. Whilst I agree and disagree with many of the points you make regarding rugby league, I can never give you credit for your attitude as, in a word, its bolshy!!

I'm sure that your organisation works wonderfully well, I'm sure 'your' people have everything in hand and leave no stone unturned...I'm pleased as hell for you. 8)

Now, aside from your dick waving and spouting about the legalites re the responsibility of the seller, and I never mentioned anything about guarantees in any case but if you genuinely think something like this can't be found then clearly you and your team aren't very good at what you do but that's your problem not mine fella.

You really are quite obtuse. I can't tell if it's from genuine ignorance or some form of trolling, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and attempt some education...

No, it's not illegal to find something out. I admit to being puzzled why you'd think it might be, but there you go. Similarly, there is nothing legally obliging the vendor to disclose anything more than the bare minimum of information. So if they don't want to tell you something they don't have to. It's really easy to hide stuff in accounts that even other very good accountants won't find unless they get inside information or have the benefit of the law forcing disclosure. And not even then at all times - see cases of fraud for reference.

IF Pearson suspected that the previous administration was not paying monies due into the EBT he could have asked his accountants to go look for that specifically. They MIGHT have found something, or at least been able to infer something from evasive answers to direct questions. But why would he suspect that? At the time of the purchase he had no reason to believe anything hokey was going on and no buyer goes into a purchase on the ASSUMPTION that the vendor has been doing anything dodgy.

Anyway - that fulfils my Care in the Community obligation for this week. You have a nice weekend.

Is there documentary evidence of the amount or is it another what she said, that includes whatever AP comes out with because I don't believe much of what he says frankly.

Every day that goes by the only person looking increasingly foolish is yourself. We can't say that you're a bigger fool than we thought though because frankly that would be impossible.

You're right. Let's all cosy up to KR and hope quality SL players like TC are back soon. That's the main thing.
