The truth was hull messed him about with his contract and when hull offered him a deal he said he had secured his future elsewhere hull to blame but people won't like reading that so suppose I'll get slagged off again !

Lineham - presumably no-one actually wanted to see him go? Washbrook - an underwhelming signing but I can see the reasons behind it Yeaman - should we really be excited about him staying another year?
The above are no justification for doom and gloom but nothing to have us cheering and clapping about either.
