just made the mistake of going down to the stadium to get tickets for the leeds cup match, really long queues so didn't bother,will try again tomorrow!

You are twisting the words of what they said and making it sound worse than it actually is. The club advised that due to Hull City season passes going on sale today that it would be a busy period, therefore they suggested it may be easier and quicker to go in the afternoon. They never once said "stay away".
