Big improvement on Howarth though.
Where did Pearson mention two big named players coming in?
A balanced squad probably needs a couple of those solid squad players though. He probably won't be in the first 17, and used as cover as & when. As you say, he's a massive upgrade on Howarth.

Post match interview on Radio Humberside.
Pritchard rumour seems very strong and Inu would seem a fair bet.

Will be coming in as a squad player no doubt. Won't be on a large chunk of salary. Think he's gone alright this year by all accounts. Thought we'd have made a play for McShane to be honest.

We made an approach for McShane last year, and he's OOC at the end of this season, so I'd imagine it's still a possibility.

Won't be banned as much either, shame we can't keep them both, but Taylor is as good as Paea IMO.
I'd keep Feka if he is on a low contract (or is given a job within the club in the community as he seems to do a lot of work already)
I really like Taylor but just think Paea is that little bit better. Regardless there both fantastic. As for Feka, I'm happy either way. I'd like to see Thompson in the 17 every week off the bench and if that means losing Feka then so be it.
Watts and Taylor as starting props with Thompson and either of Green or Bowden from the bench.
But as it seems like we'll be moving Ellis to prop with the addition of a back rower I'd start with Ellis and watts.
