Has anyone else had problems with their subscription since it went over to Gbox?
It keeps asking me to buy a pass, which I've had for a couple of years. I emailed Gbox support and they told me contact Hull FC. I keep getting bounced from one to the other.
I'm getting to the point where I'm just going to cancel it. It's one thing paying for a slightly shoddy service, but another to pay for a slightly shoddy service you can't access.
What's the picture quality like now? Was poor when I tried it out originally so never bothered with it again. Not that our performances really warrant watching games again

The recent games have been in 720p so good quality with replays of the tries.
Just watched radford's press interview for the cas game. He's much better when he is just talking about rugby and not trying to act the fool or have a sly dig at the fans

Yep - I had the same issue last week. I emailed GBox support and also the club and it was fixed in fairly short order by GBox. They told me there had been an internal issue at GBox.
Matt looks after all t'internet stuff and one of his underlings responded to me by return.

Thanks for the replies. I must admit that the quality had improved, especially the sound quality, but the customer service is leaving a lot to be desired.
