Radford is an idiot, but Shaul and Lineham have ego problems. Westy and Watts are the other bad eggs.

Problem is that the four listed are in our top few players and will have been approached by other clubs at least indirectly. They can choose their attitude of course, Gaz Ellis-style humility/dedication/commitment or the opposite, but the latter is less like hard work when you can flaunt other options in faces. This is all hypothetical, clearly. It's situations like this where our lack of man management experience is exposed. Tony Smith or Brian McDermott will have dealt with divas before and learnt from those experiences, and are operating from a position of strength in terms of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts at successful clubs that can cope without reliance on a squad with more limited quality. The four you've listed are popular with fans, pockets of talent, and know they have options, which makes it hard for the inexperienced Radford. A strong DOR would obviously help, but there we are.

Its not a problem with the 'young dudes'
For me this shows that Shaul is dropped for Rankin yet the club are lieing to us about it claiming injuries - why not just tell the truth?
Honestly we'll be in the championship next season - ive never seen such bad management of FC in all my years of support (35 years) - Its almost like the owner/coach are trying to destroy us???
