Well firstly, for those who criticised, would you prefer that they refused to change their mind on a player in the face of good performances out of sheer bloody-mindedness? Surely it's a good thing that people can be open enough to accept that they were wrong and Naughton's done ok (quite well, in fact)?

And secondly, it should be irrelevant what a player's reputation/standing going into the season was at this stage if you've got match performance evidence. You earn the shirt, you keep the shirt. It's that simple.

Typifies everything that is wrong with FC this. In fact Yeaman typifies FC full stop. Very average and looks like he can't be bothered most of the time. Would even like to see Naughton given a chance at full back as Shaul needs to seriously up his game after recent performances.
