I've got total apathy now and absolutely no appetite for attending games. I was at home on Friday night, saw the score update flash across the Leeds/Wire match and couldn't even be bothered to go and put the radio on to listen in for a while. I've gone from being a long standing pass holder to that in 3 years.
From a totally biased point of view.
I'm happy with the performances so far (wakey being the notable exception). we've had a big turn over of players and the added unsettling due to Weyman and Bailey, so being light up front is kind of understandable.
It got pitiful last year under sandercock with our rugby matching his demeanour. If he'd have stayed our pass holders would have dipped massively, it was a real chore to even turn up.
We look to be taking steps forward, our defence seems a bit stronger and is generally improving, attacking wise we look flashy and with a couple of props we could rattle a few cages.
I think our league position doesn't show how we're playing and I expect the second half of the season to be an improvement. Add to that the recruitment behind the scenes and it all seems pretty positive. Are we going to win the league, No. Are we going to win the cup, probably not with that draw but going on so far its quite enjoyable to go to home games and
IF we can keep the majority of this team together then I think we can do some damage later this year and into next.
Not seen enough of FC to comment but going by comments your league position seems a bit inflated compared to performances.
