State the obvious but Radford and his coaching team need to go,bring in a experienced head coach and his own back room staff and seriously look at the playing roster as I would look at shipping out a vast majority of that mob.

I get the sentiment but paying off and recruiting a whole new staff in one go is not realistic. Why should Horne be sacked? U19s thus far are doing well. And fitness/conditioning - not sure that's a big issue.

It won't cost anything to get rid of radford and last in comparison to the cost of relegation to the championship

Nothing now...if we want anything to happen we need to turn up at kc on a match day, not walk through the turnstiles. Protest. We would have to do that in our thousands, 3/4,000 to have any impact imo. But i dont see that happening
