City's loss at Arsenal has been moved from Sat to bank holiday monday. To apologise for this Arsenal have chartered a full train for City fans, its only £20 return on it.
Why would Arsenal pay for City fans to travel, especially when City are at home?
i think the point he was trying to make is Arsenal have used some of their Money to help charter a train for its own fans to use when going away. I.E. Arsenal have used the money sensibly... City bought T-Shirts ....

Indeed, i care that little about City i dont know where they are playing, do i need to?
The days are long gone since an arrangement could be made with a single train-operating entity, even across the M62 corridor. Then there's also the problems with return travel from a Friday night game.
Northern rail covers every station in the North of England and a fair few beyond that. it was an open idea, not saying it would be perfect but something that without looking at it in detail could be considered as a way to increase away/travelling fans, maybe National Express or another coach company that is tied into Rugby League so that there is a reliable and viable discounted travel.
