It looks like some of Huddersfield Giants' accounting goes thru' a company called Huddersfield Sporting Pride Ltd.

Has anyone seen the anonymous letter Angus Young received from a hull City employee?

The gist of it was that Hull City have been abusing the SMC, running non-stadium and Hull City specific costs through the SMC books.

If a company is thought to be abusing a lease in someway, and especially whereby the owner of the company could be construed to have a conflict of interest, surely there is some sort of law to challenge this? It is a clear assertion that he is helping Hull City (probably legally I don't know) through the SMC accounts? Some accountant can assist here, but surely the auditors of any of these accounts must challenge some of the figures therein?

So... Hull FC have been making a financial contribution towards staff of Hull City.... DISGRACE!!!!

I would think that was how Adam Pearson set it up. The SMC bought County Road North and the Cottingham training ground under his stewardship. It is likely that Hull City rented both facilities from the SMC.

So basically nearly all Hull City's debts are run through the SMC so every one else pays for them .
