So if the Allams go ahead and start works will the council lock them out as being in breach of contract?
Should that then lead to removal of the control of the whole stadium due to yet more evidence that the SMC under the Allam's control is not fit for purpose and deliberately attempting to derail the use of community assets on top of the pretty obvious shenanigan's with regard to the financial manipulation to seize control of the assets. One could only hope that the council once all avenues of compromise/communication have being followed start to wade into this nasty unscrupulous power crazed piece of excrement with all the might they can muster.

Don't often (ever) agree with bumpy, but on this occasion.....
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Perhaps they don't want to request a date - it appears that the new pitch in the Airco will be too small anyway and will not meet the FA requirements.
Sorry about this but can't read that can you make it a bit bigger its important everyone reads the last line. Also a Question does anyone know where the letters came from are the letters a leak from the Council or was it the allam's that put them out, anyone know they are certainly extremely pertinent and with the FA's statement point to the football Club being run by control freaks who make the rules up to suit themselves.

Sorry Wilf, here's a more legible version:
The letters are all on Angus Young's Twitter, so assume they are copies that have been released to the media? They're also on the City forum Not606 which is a much more rational place since the scales fell from their eyes. One of the most balanced posters is dear old Chugger boy, banned from here when we exposed Allam for what he was 2 years ago, Lambrettaman didn't like what he read then. He's changed his mind now .
The links to the letter appear to be to Hull City's official site, so appear kosher enough [EDITED - no they're not, it's an unofficial fans' site, sorry].
Although why they'd voluntarily publish letters that reflect themselves in such a poor light coupled with Darryl Stephenson's which are so more articulate, measured and reasonable, outlining the facts to damn the Allams, is mystifying.
Megalomaniacs or in denial? Or a bit thick?

So if they undertake work to limit the use of the arena for community groups (work which the council already know has started), they will tell the premier league that city don;t meet their requirements? What about taking legal action for the breach of contract between the SMC and Hull CC? Another meaningless threat from the council meaning they'll do nothing about the fundamental issue here

based on the additional he has been funding your arrogant rabble, I would say £1,783,284.
