It's a shame Brady didn't put over his case very well, and I doubt I'll do any better.......
He basically said that the council wanted to come to an amicable agreement, but Mr Allam wanted the council to "break the law" so that Mr Allam got what they wanted now, rather than in the proposed time frame which was more than achievable.
Mr Allam also now wants the council to pay half the costs of the bubble pitch and an eighteen month rates "holiday". Mr Allam knew the council couldn't come up with the goods even if they'd wanted to.
The one worry thing Brady said was that an injunction would cost the tax payers serious money, almost suggesting it was not been considered for that very reason.
