Gale would have been utter shatplank at Hull.

It's worth bearing in mind that we only got beat there by 6 points after leading before sneyd got injured so cas certainly aren't massively ahead of us or anything and are a side I expect us to beat at the KC when we play them. I think our team is better equipped to deal with cas' play than rovers are

Gale has been good at Cas. And yes lynch is playing well So is marieno who you thought surplus to requirements. It happens

That mantelato certainly looks surplus to requirements. At least the bin man isn't the slowest winger in SL any more

Powell served a successful long apprenticeship (5 years) in the Championship as a Head Coach.

We... on the other hand, always appoint ex assistants ,who have no experience as Head Coaches.

IF Powell had our current playing roster at his disposal, I'm sure we would see an entirely different displays,than what is being served up at the current time.. - IMO

Also, he has lost his first choice halfback, for 2 consecutive seasons,
(along with the M.O.S hooker)
but... their style & execution of attack, has not regressed.

I don't disagree, but their cohesion and spirit is getting them over the line against us, Warrington, Rovers etc and at 75 minutes yesterday having lost Carney and out of sight of the opposition they played with aggression and attitude that they didn't need, but wanted, to display.

One thing's abundantly clear, Powell is a very very good coach. Losing Clarke and Sneyd really hasn't fazed him at all. Milner and Gale were class yesterday.
