just got back, good win imo, 3 matches in 8 days is a lot and hull look shattered 2nd half but fair play they tackled themselves to a standstill, in attack we still lack spark but all in all a very good win, well played hull

your right but they are still 2/3 weeks away.
We are looking at the same 17 unfortuneately for the Sheffield game unless Sa is injured again but it looked more like cramp

Got bored of:
a) Sky comentators going on about how having rested 6 players Widnes would win the energy game (wrong!)
b) Sky comentators praising the booty of Messiah Brown and how wonderful he was
c) Sky comentators wishing Widnes would Score/win/etc..

Silverwood was rubbish..
Our attack was not good..
Our Kicking game was poor..
Out sixth tackle play was poor...

But very happy with the win.
Well done Tom Lineham - top Scorer in the league ;) Deserved MoM - didn't make a mistake all game.
Shaul looks very dangerous with the ball in broken play -
Defence was pretty solid - but we really need to think of an attacking strategy - as we don't appear to have one.

Same happens every year that the Easter Monday games and the round after are slow paced turgid games. The refereeing performance was also a shambles, but not a lot new there!

Still a few better performances from some of the more unsung members of the squad such as Cunningham and Rankin. Even though we will have some players back for the Hudds game we should stick with the players who have stepped up and performed this week. For example I don't want to see Yeaman automatically recalled when Naughton, Michaels, Talanoa and Lineham looked our best 3/4 line we've had this year.

Agree. Encouraging, this back line. Let's not break it.

There is an obvious answer, isn't there?

Ellis back means Sa to centre,if Sa stays fit he will do some serious damage.

Turn of the sound and Listen to Blunderside !!! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!.... Just turn off the sound?

Sadly actually going is not an an option on Friday night as I am usually working Late or Have my Boys and 6 is not really a good age to do a 300 mile round trip...

Its the 2 points that matter. It was essential we win tonight and we did.

Plenty of effort and commitment from the players but also more than a few mistakes and some poor decision making and we still don't look convincing in attack.

Some of our tries were a bit lucky but at least we took the chances.

Margin could have been greater but for poor refereeing.

Lots of work to do but something to build on and cause for optimism when we get some players back.

Then there was knowledge
Now there is only information
