And it isn't a dig either - even though I've often disagreed with you, I've always found your arguments well thought out and interesting to read, so its pretty disturbing to see some of your recent stuff.

Personally I have zero shame about going through a mental illness.

And clearly lots of people have no shame in mocking someone they can tell may be on the edge.

I put down my opinion and back it was reasoning and facts. The others, they tell the man on the bridge to jump and think they're hilarious then run off celebrating their great win.

I have a plan. My body right now is telling me that plan isn't going to work. I'm amending my plan.

In all honesty the one request I have right now is that people would just forget I existed, both the real me and the online me. I've left a pretty damning trail if I'm mental and a pretty supporting one if I'm inspired.

Hopefully in a weeks time the evidence will all be collated and they can have a pretty good amount of evidence on deciding what it is. Or I could be sectioned, and a new-temporary lobotomy of drugs killing all the pain but taking most of the thoughts too.

My guess based on the experience of my life is being sectioned. WTFever. I tried.

I would still pretty much enjoy a physical confrontation with Jezza.

Just as an update. I've sought help. I've appointed someone to do go and do the work for me that she thinks I need. I'm happy with what happened. I'm happy with how the 2 hour chat went.
