More good stuff from Wilf.
On the hatred bit, I honestly think that right now we need to get OUR house in order and THEN worry about Rovers.
As a Leeds United fan part of the job description is to hate Man United, and of course I do. BUT, at the present moment, as it has been for much of the last 11 years, they are irrelevant to me as much as Leeds are irrelevant to MUFC.
I'm concerned that if we don't get out of this current predicament the rivalry will be as irrelevant as it was when we were in SL and Rovers weren't. Our rivalry will be with Batley or someone.
That's why I'm not bothered about hating Rovers. FC are more important and we need to get round the corner and start playing good rugby again.

Well Wilf you ha dth esame night ha smany ,i could not believe how bad we were in offence ,go froward was not a problem and like every game this season the forwards have done a job.Its easy to use the excuse losing Sneyd and although IMO he played well before getting injured at Castleford I doubt if he would have made any difference. Before the game I said we need to bang Campese and Kelly (legally) and let them know they are in a game and if Dixon played bomb him because we know he is vulnerable we did it once? again when he got the ball instead of giving him all they had they hit hard as my wife would have done.Apart from Rankin upsetting the ginger Whelam we game gave them an easy ride.We all know how Allgood is easily got at and we did nothing ? On our offence if its not changed soon then we will be playing championship Rugby,I think Pryce is a great signing and has we know he has played with the best and under the best so surely he has some input. I dont really want to get into the debate whether Radford is the reason we are in this state but he must shoulder some responsibility but i dont think its all down to him and though i can fully understand the fans anger (the dog suffered for mine ..Joking) we should at least try (for now) to see how th enext 3/4 weeks go because I doubt Pearson will stay loyal for long ,,the club cannot afford to..so on to saints and who knows??? its not a bad time to face them

Thanks Wilf, it's best out of the way and you've done it.
I left before the end of the match, out of pure despair, something I've not done before and I didn't listen to the radio on the way home either. Deleted off my sky plus immediately and went to bed.
Friday morning, it didn't feel as bad as I imagined, apathy? Roll on next season wherever we play.

Top post, it's a shame more FC fans don't have your emotional maturity.

#iwanttobelieve is certainly catching on.
Well done Wilf on this diary. I know how hard it was. Sussex branch will catch up with you at Sts Then again in Newcastle. I just hope we have more than 4 points by the time we venture North again.

Thanks for this weeks diary (I think) It makes me wonder is AP in it for the long haul like most fans or is this just an expensive adventure and will he revert to what he knows and understands.
