Doesn't need to be anywhere this big for Hull. RL is much bigger in Aus with a far more comprehensive junior/feeder team set up. Rather than quantity Hull needed quality, headed by a coach with the vision to formulate and apply an effective style of play that fits the player resources available. Blaming the players for taking too many kicking options doesn't convince - usually the kick was the only option as there were no free runners to pass to.

Out of that lot, though, only 4 - Radford, Last, Peaks and Bennett are tactical coaches or analysts at senior level. We have no specialist advisors and the majority of our "coaching" team are conditioners or physiotherapists.
