The whole coaching staff have ZERO coaching experience at this level.

Which club in world sport would give a novice coach a 3 year deal.... we should gave given radders a 1 year rolling, he'd have accepted that no doubt, and more to the point who would want to poach him? , but instead we find ourselves in a situation where we cannot afford to pay off a completely inept coach,... our chairman has lost the plot

It's not just Radders, the entire coaching staff need to go.

I don't believe the 'can't afford to pay Radford off stuff' he'll be one of the lowest paid coaches in the league, and if our Chairman really is that skint we may as well pack in and close the club down. The issue is more Pearson not wanting to admit he's made yet another cock-up. I'm also sure the fans would be more than happy to have a whip-round to pay Radford off at the moment.
