Noticed he missed the fans out too, but wasnt surprised as he made several digs at the fans in interviews when he was a player. He's an East Huller don't forget!

His after match interview on RH was an embarrassment. Waffling on about white boards and running out of ink. Is he too thick to realise that the players either don't understand what he wants or , if they do, they're not buying in to it

I wonder if this is the root of the problem?

I think it could be the problem .We have got some decent players who must be wondering what the hell our game plan actually is. I don't believe in player power, seems to have happened too much in the past, but in this case I'll make an exception if it means the end of Radford.

Lots of coaches use the arm round the shoulder approach, radford uses the arm round the throat approach. Dosn't it seem strange to the rest of our fans, gentle sacked after two 6th place finishes and a cup final, and radford given the job seemingly sine die by pearson, even though he's failed miserably. Its a toughie to figure who put the boot in for gentle dont you think ??

It was obvious at the time what had happened, as they all, including Radford, leaped aboard the happy bus for Blackpool shenanigans even as we were slumped in the supporters coaches returning from Huddersfield and Gentle was summoned.

I think the players are playing for him, they are putting the effort in each week, its just the complete lack of ideas that is the issue. I think the problem is all of the coaches and several of the players have been at the club so long they have got trapped in this bubble and believe they are top players & coaches playing/coaching a top club. Everyone at the club seems to think they are a big top4 team that's just having some bad luck!
When was the last time a player or coach at HullFC won something? Ellis winning SL with Leeds in 2008? none of them know what it is like to be part of a winning set-up.

All players who've spent 10-12 years under top class coaches, & are probably the better players because they don't bother with Radfords `instruction sheets'
