Does anybody know what activities are involved when Pearson says Radford is rebuilding the club from top to bottom? Whatever it is he must be bloody fantastic at it for it to over shadow the mess he's making of the bit that actually counts - on the field!

Spot on.

Maybe Tuesday. Wouldn't want to ruin his bank holiday
As for the game, nothing I've read here is anything I'd disagree with. I see Radford is blaming the players; well, those guys didn't stop running for 80 minutes so the effort is there, but they had no idea in attack.
Lack of ideas by the players is down to the coaching. Whether the tactics are inept, or the players don't understand what they are meant to be doing, it's a coaching issue. These are good players, who have knowledge and experience of the game, so they know what to do, but they need guidance to turn them into a team.
And that's why Radford has to go. Blaming the players in public shows he's lost the dressing room. Go now.

In that first half they seemed some very dubious call from the ref for there pensaltys aswell as the raising of the legs which went un punished (like I say I need to watch over again to be sure it wasn't just my black n white glasses) . The second half was possibly the worse half of rugby since SL started . On kr's 5th n lasted campese was giving so much time with his kicks it was a joke , attacking wise ..... well I really don't know we're to start it was depressing to watch and so predictable , really missed sneyde last night all our kick plays were shocking . I know a lot of flack falls on the shoulders of the coaches and fair enough but once they cross that white wash its upto the players , We looked rudderless while Campese coached that kr team to the win . Anyway spending some time over easter with loved ones and then saints away !!! COYH iakow
I have watched it back (from behind the setee and through my fingers ). the first two were as a result of some very poor tackling, and the third should have been disallowed for offside. Lunt was well in front of Kelly at the kick. However, our try should probably not have been allowed, although it is arguable that Dixon lost the ball in the tackle. That said we got what we deserved, nothing. Last tackle plays were dumb and predictable.

After our performance last night and Widnes' win over Wire I can't see us winning either of the next two. If we don't we'll have 4 points out of a possible 20. Surely Pearson must act then? He needs to tear his colours down from Radford's mast before the entire ship sinks under him.
First there was wisdom Then there was knowledge Now there is only information
Like we've been told a few times "it's a results driven business" surely when Pearson gave Radford the job as with most jobs,he was told this...not you're safe no matter how bad things get? Time will tell I suppose..I have a bad feeling that he will be given time to "turn things around" but unfortunately we don't have that time.

That's enough time to build up a basic but solid understanding - it's RL not astrophysics. Tbh, it's long enough to pick up at least the basics of the latter. His mistakes have been more presentational and political - the early triumphalism that was followed 'only' by focused/limited investment, then (with hindsight) sacking off the wrong faction when there was a split in the camp.
There's two ways to look at it for me. Either he genuinely believes what Radford is telling him about the players effort and thinks one lucky win might start us on a run. If that's the case then he obviously doesn't know very much about the game and how it's played, because if he did he would be able to see for himself what is so painfully obvious to most of us who do know a thing or two.
The second possibility is that he knows he's made a mistake, but after sacking Gentle and backing Radford to the point where he has effectively said he won't be sacked no matter what, he is too stubborn to backtrack and admit his mistakes.
There's also a third option which is that he wants to act but doesn't think he can afford to after all the other recent expenses. I don't think this is likely though. He must realise that if he doesn't act in order to save money now it will only sting him worse in the future.
