I don't understand AP, granted he knows little about RL, but he has been running football clubs for years and has never shied away from getting rid of people who arn't up to the job.

And if you listen to him reflect on his time in charge at City, he constantly states his regret at doing it that way with certain managers.

He gets rid of them and then appoints Ian Dowie.
Or gets rid of Gentle and appoints Radford.
The problem you have is that Adam Pearson IS Hull FC
He's invested millions now in this failing self indulgence, and there is no chance of him ever getting his money back.
It's over now, all that's left is a Mike Ashley/Newcastle United type scenario.

Pearson is a massive part of the problem . He is clueless about RL. Even Kouchash sees what is needed . Sad to say but Hull FC needed building at the top first . Sort the first team and the rest will follow . The vast majority of fans are not interested in what the U19's are doing . This is important, obviously, but Pearson should have thrown his money at a top Coach and players . It is all too late now , his money is wasted by his own poor descisions. Very tough times ahead .

I agree, and the other problem is I'm not seeing many promising young players break in to the team. The first time I saw Paul King, Cooke, Horne and Yeaman in the first time I saw star potential but the current crop haven't made a splash. Lancaster to be fair looks a natural finisher, but the rest who've broken through in recent years like Abdul, Green and Bowden are just average plodders.
