Radford is going to get loads of stick over this ,but the thing is your work rate is second to none and bar organisation issues your not miles off , but he probably will not get any slack

It's not organisation, it lack of creative knowledge. The players are carrying out his orders, effort, defence (in the main), guts, hard work, not lacking - which was Radford all over as a player. What we need is some creative ideas. If AP isn't going to sack him get the man some help.

I don't want to see LR hounded out the club and forever just be remembered as crap coach. I thought he was a decent enough player who always gave 100% - and some of that does rub off on the team.

But when all said and done, like in football, its a results business and the buck stops with the manager. Get him help, or let him go.

I know people say who would come in, but there are options out there if AP is prepared to pay a few quid - it's no worse than risking money on another player.

I really believe the squad isn't that bad, they just need some direction attacking.

Thanks for compliment Jimmy,not my place to comment on your issues but Radford certainly can bring something to the party on a managerial sense but probably needs an attacking no2.its difficult to comment on Radford as a rovers fan as you could see it as patronising but 100% its not as you can often see when players no longer back the boss but that ain't the issue ,and he may have failings but one thing he has is total refreshing honesty and will not shy an interview

Don't need a get out clause. There was enough effort there, the stats won't look bad with regard to metres gained and possession,but, and this is a big but, Hull lost again. Once again the sum of the parts was less than it should have been and this has been a pattern going back through last year. I don't think there's much evidence that the players aren't putting it in for the coach and there's no sign of mutiny or surrender (yet). A depressing pattern has emerged and the cycle needs to be broken urgently. All that's left is the coach and patient though I have been changes need making there urgently.
