Because he jumped from the in goal area and caught it in the air.
Regardless we are still currently sh 1 t playing boring one out rugby and clueless near their line.

So if we dont tackle him and he runs downfield and scores or he remains tackled in the field of play the ref pulls it back for a 20m restart..I think not. It's play on surely, that he is then pushed back in goal where he takes off from then becomes irrelevant.
But yeah, we are clueless..
