Black and Whites name the 19-man squad set to face rivals Hull Kingston Rovers in the 225th Derby at the KC Stadium on Thursday night.
A bumper crowd is expected for the only true city derby in Super League, to support both sides in what is set to be another classic cross-city encounter.
Head coach Lee Radford has made two changes to the preliminary squad that faced Castleford Tigers on Friday evening, with young guns James Cunningham and Jack Logan both called into the side.
Cunningham returns for the first time since the round three clash against Salford Red Devils at the AJ Bell Stadium, and offers Airlie Birds boss Radford options at dummy half with an eye on easing the strains on vice captain Danny Houghton during a busy Easter period.
Meanwhile, Logan has retained his place in the side after being called up last minute for Hull's clash with the Tigers last week and will be hoping to make his Derby debut.
Half back Marc Sneyd and prop Chris Green drop out of the side, with both facing extended spells on the sidelines having picked up injuries in last week's match at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.
They join captain Gareth Ellis, Setaimata Sa and Richard Whiting on the club's growing injury list, with all players continuing to be assessed by the club's medical staff.

Sa due to return for Widnes, but question is.. How long for?
