He should be well aware of what the problems have been and where we need to improve but unfortunately isn't able to change things.
You can date our problems back to Paul Cooke leaving....and who was his best mate? Radford.....who incidentally wants him back at the club as part of the coaching team!
We have a great club, it's time we got the coaching setup we deserve and not someone who is blatantly not up to the job.
The more I think about it the more I'm convinced that the "local boys for local club" rubbish isn't Pearson's philosophy, it was Radord's plan for carte blanche.

[quote="spegs"]Probably the most misguided post I gave ever read. Will making the KC a "fortress" make Super Leagues worst attack and slowest ever back line more potent? Will making the KC a "fortress" give us a coach with pedigree and an owner that actually understands what the club needs. The crowd at HKR did not beat Saints....pace did,[/quote
Why misguided? How do you think 12k inside the KC would compare to the same number inside the Boulevard? Do you remember the days when Schofield would not play for Leeds down the 3d stand side ? Craven Park is an RL ground with a terracing down one side that can create an atmosphere. The KC is a too nice Football stadium . When the Club moved to the KC loud , loyal vocal support was lost. Much like when communities were lost when Councils split them across Cities to different locations . Players will feed off support, look how vocal our noisy neighbours will be on Thursday if they get their noses ahead !! The team need to perform obviously, but our fans at the KC are quiet at best . Maybe this is to do with losing an identity with the local community when leaving the Boulevard? We need a home to call our own engrained deep into the local community , not a shared Football Stadium which is out of bounds unless on match day !! Some community stadium !!

HFC boy. Whilst agreeing with most of your post and the respective atmosphere's created at our different stadiums, you then state how noisy Rovers fans will be on Thursday....this will be at the KC so invalidates your point about the KC stadium being to nice and fans being quiet. If a derby can't enthuse your fans to make a bit of noise then I'm afraid your games should be switched to a library
Im sorry to depress you all,but have just heard "from the horses mouth" so to speak that their is no chance of radford walking and unless pearson can get wayne bennett on £6/50 an hour he is here for the forseeable future.Oh dear !
