To put personal opinion into any preview or report would be suicide from myself. If I did I wouldn't be very good at my job.

Just because one person gets the hump and puts me behind Marchy and the Directors in his own personal firing line doesn't mean I'll sit on my hands and bite my lip.

The point is, when are you being "official" and when are you being "personal"? For instance, when asked if the club could change the Good Friday afternoon fixture to evening you said:
"Bradford City are a 7:45 KO on Good Friday. Won't be happening."
If someone thought that was a direct statement from a club director they might read it as curt, arrogant, condescending and showing little care for fans opinions, especially when the fans concern was loss of revenue. We do need money, don't we?


Your reports read well but lets just say that in this case you have an "opportunity for improvement"


I didn't suggest any such thing, how you respond to criticism is up to you.

I still think that prefixing an official club statement with, "official club statement", would save confusion and stop any unjustified personal criticism.

Is this official statement or opinion - such a grey area these days....

The FACT is that if the club continues to hemorrhage crowd it will be in the poop.

We can joke all we like but I still want to watch a Cougars team next year, FACT!
