First of all congratulations on your win, well deserved and by far the better team.
so We were in the Boot Room pre match and a couple of lads Sean( or Shaun) and his brother in law moved over to make room for us to sit down. Sean is a Leeds Utd supporter who has got back into RL supporting his own town team (Cas) We had a superb hour just discussing players, old games etc
Then my mates two sons and partner rang to say they were about 10 minutes away so I went to the bar the get the drinks in. You know how packed it was, I got served but couldn't manage to carry the ale. A guy stood the bar said I'll give you a hand and carried some of the drinks back, we were right by the back door. It makes you realise what a great game and fantastic fans we have. Can you imagine that happening in a pub before football game.
Thanks again, enjoy your victory, I just hope we give you a better game next time.

Wigan Warriors coach Shaun Wane told BBC Radio Manchester: "Some people within the club [Castleford] have come out with comments saying we're beatable and it's a great game for them and they're very confident. Many of the comments I've heard have been bordering on disrespectful. They can be as confident as they want, but they're going to get a tough game this weekend and we'll be trying our best to make sure they don't get that win. We've played in some big games over these last few years and they've not played in as many, if any, so to be that confident is very risky for them. They come here with confidence because they've scored a lot of points and beaten us at home, but I wouldn't be overconfident if I was them."
Nice to hear and read, similar decent comments made from a saints chap regarding Wigan fans last week too. Plenty of rivalry with different clubs but rugby league fans are proper people.
"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."
An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.
