Had a good chat with Graham Evans about 3 years ago. He still proudly had his Hull shirt hung up in his office. He told me how he got injured the week before the 1980 Cup Final and missed the game. You could tell he was still gutted about it. Nice bloke and proud to have played for the black and whites.
October was the home Derby at the Boulevard on the 7th we drew 20-20 but the last competitive match before the Wembley Final between the two Clubs was a 29-14 defeat on Good Friday at Craven park.
