After last night's oh-so-predictable fiasco I realised that I'm moving into a state of indifference. I just can't get as worked up about these things any more - year after year after year of the same old poop has worn me down.
People were saying after the Huddersfield game that we shouldn't get carried away yet after a couple of narrow defeats it seems OK to get carried away.
After time to reflect on last nights performance, its basically same as last season, after a honeymoon start to this season,a good win at the giants and a tight loss against warry we are back to normality.Against a side thrashed by saints and missing several key players,we desrvedly lose and it shows how inept radford is and how much difference ellis makes.I thought thompson was outstanding and also pryce (who i was against signing) had a good game, rankin and minichello had decent games, but yeaman, green, hadley, westerman, watts etc were poor and it seems like its going to be another long hard season. If we have ambitions of making the 8 or higher which adam does, letting 32pts against a patched up salford team says to me,it isnt going to happen iam afraid.COYH.

I'm hardly getting carried away. No predictions of impending Doom here apart from my somewhat TIC change of Avatar. But last night showed that we still haven't addressed some fundamental issues around attitude. I listened to Hull FC Live's coverage and even Gaz Ellis said that the squad had forgotten everything that had been said in the run-up to the game.
You know I always try to keep a positive outlook but I'm just getting ground down by he constant repetition of the same old faults.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

Your last six posts are: Slating the quality of the shirts Criticising our new training facilities Doom and gloom after the Wakefield, Derby and Salford games (time two)
Interestingly nothing after the initial friendlies, the Huddersfield game, the Warrington game. Nothing about our academy's reasonable start. Credibility requires balance IMO.

Tbh im livid. To buy new half backs, be told this team will be different etc then to be served up the same old rubbish has seriously annoyed me to the point that if the team cant be arsed then i cant either so will give the Leeds game a miss now and save £100 in the process
For me Radford got it all wrong last night with the pack, the bench was way too light, they had Morley on the bench, we had Green - says it all. Feka needs to play next week as does Bowden and he aint even that good. Id find a way of somehow bringing another bad ass forward in as this is where we are seriosuly lacking. Even Lauaki is a better player than Green and he plays in the division below

Im sorry my opinion is different to yours,it seems I must be wrong. The huddersfield game was a good result, imo not a great performance against a team who played awful, warry was a tough hard battle which imo was a better performance than huddersfield and could have gone either way, perhaps we were a tad unlucky. Last night was awful as I posted earlier, and what I omitted in my previous post was lineham is unrecognisable from the player of 2 years ago,I think the injury has took more of a toll on him than we know.Sorry if thats a bit more doom and gloom as you put it,and iam sure you'll disagree, but thats what these forums are about isnt it. Warrington were always the better side in that game and di enough to win without breaking a sweat, if we'd of won it would of been unfair imo
