Send him back to Oz and let the case take place, if he does get proven innocent then have him back but I wouldn't pay him for now until it all gets sorted out.

Can't do that. The club could sack him but can't suspend him without pay.

Here we have it folks.
This will happen. Mark berro's words, they've been known to be always correct.
Have to feel for Pearson another scandal and another mess. If Micheals is guilty I would like to think he would do the right thing and resign .The Club has done no wrong so why should the Club suffer. If guilty would the Club be able to rip his contract up with no chance of him challenging it?The Club needs to deal with this as soon possible or our promising start could be de railed
They think the cases in Australia could drag on for over 2 years, so the club's hands are pretty much tied at the moment.
In fact the players may well be allowed to continue playing over there until its all sorted, so AP may have to assume he's innocent until proved guilty, which is what the law used to say in this country until social media and the press took over.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
Surely he has to go home to answer the charges? Depends what happens then. If he's bailed can he come back to the UK Innocent until proven guilty and all that so the club are in a difficult position if he can go back to oz then come straight back and continue playing for us
Lets be honest, if it was jo public, the authorities would have you arrested by now.. im sure the australian authoritys will be in constant dialogue with the uk counterparts to come to a conclusion, which will ultimately see micheals have to return to Australia to face his charges, if proven guilty, I dread to think the amount of time he'd bd gone for....
