Just his whole take on it, why the council never spoke to the smc/hull city about expanding the stadium, why the council should appologise to the Allams about the way they have delt with them, how they should let the Allams mortgage the stadium so the land can be devolped for the people of the area (with no benefit to them of coarse) it was downright obnoxious.

Fewings obviously fails to understand that if the council transfers a public asset to Allam for less than full market value then each and every councillor who votes in favour can be personally surcharged by the District Auditor for the loss to the public finances.
