I'd forgotten about there, but actually the site isn't big enough for a stadium and, adequate parking never mind other site facilities ..not by a long chalk. truth be told building a stadium right off Clive Sullivan years ago off Brighton St. or Pryor way with direct access both by road and rail would have being ideal..but that chance went long before.
While finding discussions about Hull City abiding by Premiership rules that Under 19/under 21 games at some time have to be played at KC it is worth noting that Man U under 21/Liverpool under 21 are playing tonight at The Leigh Sporting Village - I know this cos its on SS1. So don't believe all the guff from SMC. As it is and I am sure there are people much cleverer than me but I don't believe that the joint lease was signed by the Hull clubs and the Premiership so they have no legal right to inflict their rules. Over to you AP and your legal advisors. Can people also reflect that Bristol City, Coventry City, Reading, Wigan and to a lesser extent Warrington, both Milan Clubs and I am sure many more are playing in joint Stadiums do they all have the same problems as we do.

Birds eye is 4.75 acres IIRC
The KC is very close to that size, its been proved on here

Buyers may now be thinking that they'll wait til they're relegated and get the club on the cheap, with a few players moved on and off the wage bill. Can't see any way back for City after today's result, defence is leaking goals, they can't score and no one seems to want to sign for them.

I did wonder whether that may be the case. Still quite bunched up from Palace down though, got a feeling City'll survive as there are plenty of teams round them not doing so well either. The intention to sell though, I do wonder how sincere and proactive it is. Seems a long time with no interest.

11 games without a goal in 15 games is shocking form though, if they were grinding out 0-0 draws you could say there was some hope, but they are also leaking goals every week
