It all leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. I'm very disappointed that other clubs are uninterested in our plight; it could be any of them next. My feelings toward the RFL are not such that I can share them on a 'family website'.
.
Since we have now dropped everything, I wonder whether Gary will be in a position to share with us some time the extra information he managed to get out of the RFL when the legal action was initially instigated. He said he'd obtained something which only served to strengthen our position. I'm still wondering what that was. I would love to know who was on those panels which first decided to deduct points from Batley & Doncaster, then decided to give them back. Gary said the panels were as independent as Tibet is from China - a very good analogy. So who was responsible for those decisions? Will we ever know?
.
I hope no teams field ineligible players next season - the RFL will probably see to it that we get relegated again!

We are from Keighley. We are NOT Bradfordians.

All this shows now is the rfl have allowed cheating to go unpunhist.
It also shows other clubs dont care.

Fans might as well stay at home.

So what happens to the money fans kindly contributed to the legal fund? If there is no legal action then surely the club need to come clean about how much they obtained vs spent and come to an arrangement about what happens to this. I'm sure many of the fans would be happy that any leftover cash is used for the season ahead, but out of courtesy and respect the club should come clean.

I am sure I saw a statement from Gary in the KN recently that the legal costs to date had been £5000 and fund had brought in about £1000.

Correction; it shows "some" clubs don't care, we had support from a good few.
We also had support from a good number of fans from other clubs.
By rushing through the fixture lists, the RFL have engineered a situation where other clubs are more inclined to focus on their own arrangements than worry about us.

This May suit your RL viewing but many fans enjoy the trip away, just who are you trying to punish? How are you going to distinguish between those that were sympathetic and those that were indifferent?

I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!

Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.

Anon.

Not trying to punish anyone. I am just getting to the point of packing in watching the game.
If teams can cheat and get no punishment.
Yet a team suffers because of it. They really is no future fir the game.

You said that the RFL let cheating go unpunished. Your proposed method of staying away is simply punishing our own fans not them.

The current RFL admin are transient, when they are long gone I hope we will still be here. To stop watching the game we love is throwing in the towel.

Never saw that so thanks for the info. 5K seems excessive to me.
