I've started recording season 5, as I haven't watched any of it at all yet. Because I just noticed at the weekend that the box sets of season 1-4 were available "on demand". I'm up to episode 6 already...

First 3 episodes were impressive, feel we slowed down a little with the Beth/hospital story, and I assume we won't see rick and the group till episode 6 at least now

I agree - the hospital episode was an unwelcome change of pace; it's been a good start to season 5 so far, so I hope we're not going to dwell too long on the latest band of survivors who have resorted to bonkers behaviour to get by.

The advert for next week's episode suggests we will be following the route to D.C. with Abe Ford's band - how long before they realise that "mullet-head" Eugene is lying about knowing how to end the virus and is just using them for a lift to a place of safety?

Yes seen the trailer looks good. Think we are gonna have a look at Abe back story, hopefully picks the pace up again. As above first 3 episodes in this series were excellent just last week stepped back down.

Looks like next week TWD is going back to the main group in the church - with Darryl and his companion revealed. Also Carol's attempt to rescue Beth from the hospital in Atlanta city.

The best season so far for me. Only 3 more episodes before the long 2 month wait for the season to resume.

Yes really enjoying this season so far. Enjoyed the Abe episode last week. 2 more weeks to the mid season finale.

Made its return tonight. Decent episode. Look forward to the rest of the season
