Chin up, Burley lad! That's about the same length of time as me and we both know we've seen MUCH darker days than these. Next season we've two Sheriffes, Paul White, Danny Lawton, Daley Williams, Danny Jones, Paul Handforth, Paul & David March, Bren Rawlins, Neil Cherryholme, Scott Law, Ross Peltier, Ash Lindsay etc. I might even have forgotten some there but I'm sure those lads can do the business for us and make sure we come back with a bang next season. There's plenty of experience there and we also have plenty of home-grown Keighley talent coming through as well. Now is not the time to throw the Burley towel in, let's get behind our team and get back where we should be.
Not at all Cougartime , well not yet anyway , Just my opinion. All last season it was people saying stuff like "give them time " give him a chance " "it's not over yet " , well , we did and we have , we were relegated followed by the complete embarassment of the Batley / Dons saga and ensung farce that follows.
Rugby league is again the laughing stock of the sport world.

We need a solid captain, but I think we have a decent team still and lots of youngsters. I think you are wrong about P March, look how crap Kear performed and he is a highly regarded coach. Essentially this season we were outrageously unlucky! Surely you can see that? Almost in the playoffs, by a matter of 1 minute.
Burley you could be abandoning a rejuvenated team next year, good luck getting your PayPal money back. On what grounds?
I deal with over 100 paypal transactions a day for my online businesses , It is very customer centric and there are various ways to claim refunds.
I hope the team are ' rejuvenated ' thiscougaroutfit , I really do , it's the quality of the opposition that's my main bug bear for next season ..... Not gonna be very exciting is it ? Nothing happening to make me thin k "wow , next seasons gonna be good "
Just the way I feel about the whole situation at the moment.

'I want my money back because I've bought something that I will receive and as advertised'. Personally I don't think you should get it back. You bought it before the end of the season, there was a risk of relegation. The gamble didn't pay off.
I didn't buy a season ticket for that reason, the cookie crumbles badly for Keighley usually and I just knew we'd get relegated as soon as the appeal went in for the points deduction. I never buy a season ticket, but then end up regretting it because I go to most home games.
Outrageously unlucky season as I say, one minute from a victory against Fev. Should we have got to the playoffs we might have got to the final, that's how much of a fine balance it was. Sir Paul March he would have been then, I just find the sack Paul March rhetoric you frequently promote a bit ill informed and unfair.

On the paypal comment it is not the issue of relegation , I was thinking of thebroader picture , totally hacked of at the whole of RL in general , the dual reg debacle may just have been the straw to break the camels back so to speak. There are various scenarios on which to claim your moneu back through paypal and a time limit Of up to 6 months in which to claim it .
On the Paul March front , He is a nice guy , have spoke to him on a couple of occasions , What I don't like is his coaching style , That is MY opinion , your opinion is different , that is what The forum is for , to discuss and give opinions. We will just have to agree to disagree on that one .
