Now not even the best player at Hull - who incidentally are below us.
Vastman you live a strange fantasy world when it comes to Wakefield players, where you always bull them up into something they clearly not, and I have seen for years you always compare the player better than the Cas equivalent. I am not even a Cas fan.
Funny how you put about Westerman there, who is incidently Hulls best player, as I remember that argument you had clearly, where you were absolute banging it that Ferguson was a better player and was way ahead.

Typical twisted snide mis quote Twitter generations - you'll be "owning me" next .
I said that Wallshaw had the potential to be a great SL back, I then clearly stated that he would be our very version of a big fast strong centre like a Greg Inglis which I then clearly qualified by sating that I was not suggesting they were the same ability wise and was talking in relative terms.
Now to any normal person who understands the subtlety of the English language and that not everything is to be taken literally what I said wasl very reasonable.
Truth is old lad Wakey have been humiliating you lot since 2004, relegated you twice and danced on your grave. So enjoy you're one freak season with you're very own McNally and we'll be back to haunt you next year
Nice try at backtracking Vasty baby but we all saw what you put to the point where your own fans were laughing at you
Iv enjoyed our freak season so much, last 2 in both available pieces of silverware, how long since wakey achieved this ??? 40 years ??? 50 ???
With most of our squad staying together and the best coach in the league I dare say we will be the kings of 5 towns for a few years yet

Who are they, the last time I looked there was only me and as far as I can remember they were personal reasons' for not going not excuses, so I am not sure where the they and the handful of supporters' come from. On the off chance you have a problem with your rithmetic and you don't know the difference between a reason and an excuse I'll give you 1/10 and as for the true supporters' of WTW I'll bet they can't wait for that warm mend a hose welcome from all those loveable cas fans'

Just when things were picking up on here along come "Vast ego man" and his mate "Chissitt" ( Go on, tell us again how you thought of the name) !
Cas by 12 + For me
(althought it would be nice if it was 30+)
"Castleford's biggest home crowd of the 1991-1992 season wasn't quite 12,000 while on average they'd sit around 6000 but the noise, the chanting and the singing just blows you away" - Tawera Nikau "Standing Tall"
"I can tell you the atmosphere was extraordinary at Wheldon Road on big days. The ground held around 15,000 people, every one of them close to the action on the field and the noise would be enough to send a rumble through the town" - Malcolm Reilly "Reilly - A Life in Rugby League"

The same Westerman who has been Hull's best player and who should easily be in the England squad this season. And in all probability will have a chance of being in the SL Team of the Year too.

As far as Cas stadium goes, still plenty in the news. If it happens, who knows?

That's like saying a summer holiday in Iraq, is better than no holiday at all
In all seriousness, we're most probably not going to get in the 8 because of our points difference and we would have to win both of our last games convincingly to do so. A couple of our key players have been rested for the remainder of the season since Bradford were doomed, which kinda tells you we're not holding out for the 8. So, we're mainly playing for bragging rights....not exactly our 'cup final'

Don't wish to get into an argument with the forum's Mr Know-it-all but don't think Wakey have relegated us twice.
In 2004 pretty sure Widnes got a win at Hull on the final day that meant even if we did beat Wakefield on the final day it wouldn't have made any difference...it was Widnes that sent us down.
