It's been a bad season for gingers at the club

A lot saying about Greg losing his confidence, I really don't think he has an issue with confidence, in fact I'd say he looks too confident, throwing back door passes, long looping ones in his own 20 etc. it's his decision making that has always been dodgy. Greg looks good when the team plays well, when they don't then he looks even worse.

Anyway, hope the lad learns to use his bonce and realise the talent he obviously has.

I Don't think he will do you

Picked him as a liability from game one.


I' m not a fan of this modern third or fourth pivot full back role mullarkey.

But I can live with it if...

1) Player is adept as passing to both sides. Eden cannot pass right to left.

2) Player can direct the defence. As a Full back you have a unique view of the game. It's not about saying "We're short on the blind, jam that side", it's about reading the plays, doing your homework and knowing which half backs do what with their teams under certain circumstances.

3) Player can kick return without dropping the ball, wanging passes into the stands or just generally being an idiot.

4) When breaking, not just throwing the ball up in the air as if it was an IED.

5) Being able to make a last ditch tackle. Somtimes it won't work out for you, but don't take every single dummy any player shows you. Make them make that pass, don't just aimlessly run into touch with neither ball or man.

At this point I have to stop. It's been too frustrating to watch.

Gutted he's leaving you, glad I got to see him drop the ball one last time when no one was anywhere near him
