It's not over until the fat lady sings, as they say, and there are many a twist and turn yet.
If we can keep our squad fit and healthy we are in with a shout, but it will be close. I would just hate for it to be decided by someone bringing in four D/R ringers.
I'm smiling but not celebrating ..... yet
I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!
Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.

Batley are being investigated for playing Fairbank at Sheffield on sunday, he was ineligible to play having not played the minimum 3 games prior to Friday's deadline. If found guilty they will be facing a points deduction, especially as he scored one of their tries in the win.

If they are guilty of this. I wonder how many points would they lose?

I hope that copying the article doesn't contravene any rules but, if it does I apologise. It can be viewed on 'Total RL' website though.
It would appear that Batley aren't the only Club that is being investigated:

The RFL have launched an investigation into claims that three Championship clubs fielded ineligible players regarding the dual-registration system last weekend.
Under the current rules, Championship clubs cannot play any player on dual-registration from now until the end of the season, unless they have played in three or more Championship games before the registration deadline of July 25.
The RFL have not confirmed those three players and clubs are under investigation, but Dewsbury’s Sam Wood, Doncaster’s Ben Crooks and Batley’s Jacob Fairbank all played last weekend having played less than the three games required to make the cut.
If clubs are found guilty, sanctions that can be handed down include a fine and/or even a points deduction which, at this stage of the campaign, could prove absolutely massive.

A WISE man once said "If it is ready to be given as read then the culprits are as guilty as the accusers no matter what the charge is after the time has lapsed ", this applies to us all at times .Charlie knows .
