They will go down anyway as they will finish more than 6 points behind.

Will this not be a costly process?

Getting bored with this story , how long can they string this out for? When will the case be heard by the High Court ?

I don't know the full details behind their appeal (even Bulls fans don't) but to be honest, if Green thinks he is right then it's up to him (and it's his own money).

Trouble is, the sceptic in me wonders if it's just a delaying tactic to prevent the formation of the new league structures.

Who really cares anymore going to court did Keighley no favors and cant see it doing Bradford any good

Again if the top 9 in the Championship doesn't suit them at the end of the season.
