Agree was going to mention the actors but couldn't spell McConaughey's name!!! Always thought he was a bit of a nothing actor, eye candy for the ladies. But I have been impressed with him

I have is sky +. Finding I can't watch these week by week, need a full series recorded so I can have a marathon. Looks promising, and I'm hopeful that it will go some way to filling my Breaking Bad void.

It's a great series, I loved every minute of it. Worth noting also that the plan is to make this show into an anthology - so expect to see a completely new cast of actors/characters if/when season 2 is made.
Just started to catch up with this - watched the first 2 episodes; it's definitely a slow burn, but compelling stuff, brilliantly acted. And I like the flashback nature of the story. I'm hooked!
Best programme on TV for a long, long time..... Just have a small gripe with the ending, which was a little rushed and formulaic, which went against the nature of the first 6 and a half episodes.
I'm looking forward to the next series and it will be interesting to see where the writers take it - They have a lot to live upto.
And so you aim towards the sky, And you'll rise high today, Fly away, Far away, Far from pain....

The ending was possibly a touch too neat and tidy, but I can live with that - TV is fast becoming the new cinema, but for grown-ups.
I hope there's more, although I'm not sure what they could do next.
There is a new season planned although with a new cast and location.
