i find it quite strange that the club deemed it appropriate to sanction bailey for this indiscretion william but declined to castigate him for a far more serious incident in a local hostelry in leeds last year,unless they never found out about it

They did find out about it. The landlord reported it to the club. They chose to sweep it under the carpet.

if that is true then i am confused about the morality of our club and the required standards of conduct expected of it's employees?

i know numerous academy players that are currently on the clubs academy or scholarship systems that are only too aware of incidents like these,in fact one of them told me about this such incident!

what message does that then send out to them in regards to how they should conduct themselves?

It was a great try, time certain people got of Ryan's back, when he is the blue and amber he gives a 100 percent, Don't care about alleged event in bars, the important word is alleged. He is Ryan Bailey and he doe what he wants.

Internet rumours are well cool and should be taken well seriously

It points to an inconsistent approach by the club in dealing with disciplinary issues, though I'm led to believe the mood of the coach at the time was not conducive to the application of leniency.

I this is just a rare incident I wouldn't like to think things are going back to the 1980s drinking club.

It's a rumour if made up fair enough, but not when directly seen and reported.
